Eugene Shysh

Eugene Shysh is the Digital Technician at Alberta Dentures, bringing extensive experience in prosthodontics, restorative dentistry, and digital denture technology. Originally educated and licensed as a dentist in Ukraine, he completed a hospital-based internship and gained valuable experience in restorative and prosthetic dentistry, including complex rehabilitation and full-mouth restoration cases. His clinical background provides him with a deep understanding of oral anatomy, bite dynamics, and the principles of functional tooth replacement.


After relocating to Canada, Eugene focused his career on digital denture design and fabrication. Working closely with the clinical team, he uses advanced digital workflows, CAD/CAM technology, and precision manufacturing techniques to help create customized dentures that support comfort, function, and natural aesthetics. His attention to detail and commitment to quality contribute to efficient workflows and personalized denture solutions tailored to each patient's needs.

    Before joining Alberta Dentures, Eugene worked in a regional hospital's Department of Prosthodontics, where he focused on restorative dentistry and full-mouth rehabilitation. This experience gave him a strong foundation in treatment planning, dental anatomy, and prosthetic design, knowledge that now supports his work in digital denture fabrication.

    Eugene is committed to ongoing professional development and regularly expands his knowledge of digital dentistry, CAD/CAM technology, 3D printing, and modern denture fabrication techniques. By staying current with advances in digital workflows, he helps support accurate, efficient, and high-quality denture production.

  • Outside the Clinic

    Outside of work, Eugene enjoys staying active through pickleball and tennis. He also enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends, often exploring hiking trails and mountain landscapes throughout Alberta.
