Anastasiya Sivkova
Owner, Denturist
Anastasiya Sivkova is the Owner and Denturist at Alberta Dentures. She believes that having a full smile and the ability to chew comfortably are fundamental to overall well-being. Guided by compassion, inclusivity, and personalized care, she is dedicated to helping patients regain confidence, comfort, and function through custom denture treatments.
With more than a decade of experience in the dental field, Anastasiya combines technical expertise with a patient-centred approach. She completed her Denturist training under the mentorship of Dr. Izchak Barzilai at Prosthodontic Associates and has extensive experience creating high-quality dentures that prioritize fit, function, and aesthetics.
Her background also includes working as a Dental Assistant while studying Biology at York University and the University of Toronto, providing her with a strong foundation in both clinical care and oral health sciences.
Commitment to Continuing Education
Anastasiya is passionate about staying current with advancements in denture technology and patient care. She has presented at North American dental conferences in collaboration with Dentsply Sirona, sharing insights on innovative denture materials and fabrication techniques. By continually expanding her knowledge, she helps ensure patients benefit from modern, evidence-informed treatment options.
Innovation and Denture Technology
During her studies at George Brown College, Anastasiya conducted research on sustainable denture fabrication, including the use of recycled acrylic materials. Her interest in innovation and advanced materials continues to influence her approach to creating durable, comfortable, and natural-looking dentures for her patients.
Community Involvement and Humanitarian Work
Outside the clinic, Anastasiya is committed to giving back to the community. She co-founded Phoenix Smiles, a Toronto-based initiative dedicated to providing dentures to women facing challenging domestic circumstances. She has also volunteered in Uganda with Bridge to Health, contributing to projects aimed at improving access to dental care in underserved communities.
